Floating Pot is a clever contraption which provides a visual signal letting the user know when the plant is in need of water. The pot comprises of two containers that fit inside one another in which the outer one is taller.

The inner container actually holds the soil and the plant. When water is added the inner container being lighter than water starts floating making the plant emerge out of the container. As the water gets used up, the inner container moves down along with the plant alerting the owner.
