What to do when there are loads and loads of damaged CDs in store which otherwise has to end up in a dumpster? Well Seung-il Kim has an idea to share that makes use of the CDs in helping you build up your body!

The concept is about constructing dumbbells in which each end of the dumbbells would have a case to hold CDs. The recycled plastic case would be easy to open so that the weights of the dumbbells could be adjusted by adding or removing CDs [each of which weighs approximately 0.15 grams] as required by the user. When done the dumbbell is ready for use.
