Microsoft is eliminating IE 6 from every computer on this planet

December 15th, 2011 | No Comments | Posted in Microsoft

Finally! Microsoft decided to “automatically” upgrade every existing version of Internet Explorer 6 on this planet. Why? It is because even though we are almost in 2012, there are at least 8.3% poor souls who still haven’t upgraded their browser.

Microsoft will push the upgrade (like a ninja!) sometime next month. “10 years ago a browser was born. Its name was Internet Explorer 6. Now that we’re in 2011, in an era of modern Web standards, it’s time to say goodbye,” said Microsoft.
