May 3rd, 2012 | No Comments | Posted in Science

Here’s a quick scoop of the amazing celestial event that is to take place from 5th to 6th of June 2012. It can be described as once in a lifetime event when people on Earth will be able to watch Venus in the shape of a dark spot moving across the Sun’s golden face.

The first viewers of the rare phenomenon would be people from the North, Central and northwestern South America where it is to begin in the afternoon of 5th June. The view ends as the sun sets but simultaneously begins for those places whose morning starts on 6th June. As perceived the witnesses of the last part of the show would be eastern Europe, eastern Africa, India and the like.

The next such event will occur in the year 2117.
