If you thought that a $40 deal for an Android phone is the lowest price it can ever be, then think again. At a ridiculous $4 a piece, an Android-based smartphone from the Indian company Ringing Bells, takes the prize for the cheapest smartphone in the world.
I mean…come on, even a cup of coffee may cost you more (with tax). Called Freedom251, the phone features a 4-inch screen, 1.3 GHz quad core processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of storage, 3.2-megapixel rear camera, 0.3-megapixel front camera and a 1,450mAh battery. Very decent config, we must confess. And at 251 INR or USD 4, no human could possibly complain.
The delivery will begin from 30th June, 2016.
