We write a lot about design, but not so much on architecture. But here’s something new from Canada that has certainly drawn our interest. Called the Absolute Towers, these ‘twisted’ skyscrapers are located in the city of Mississauga in Ontario. The two towers stand at around 492 and 557 feet respectively.
What you see above is not only a pillow, but also a full-fledged remote control. Yep, the Pillow Remote Control is a built-in 6-in-1 universal remote control and “has databases containing codes for over 500 remote control devices“.
What do you think it would be to have a personalized mirror; the mirror that you could identify yourself with? The idea deals with having a mirror of one’s own rather than having a portrait. Mirror for everyone focuses to have separate mirrors for each member even the family pet!
The lamp you see above does not quite require an explanation. It is a Garlic Lamp. Of course, this isn’t something you come across everyday. Created by Ukrainian designer Anton Naselevets, this lamp is a welcome addition to any home or restaurant.

Small spaces require smart solutions so that it fulfills the basic needs and do not use up area. We have already come across a number of such furniture pieces and again here is one that small apartment dwellers would love to have a look at. It is the REK coffee table.
The UP Coffee Table has been designed by Christopher Duffy. As you can see the table has been thoughtfully made, giving the impression that the glass on top is actually supported by several balloons. The tables are completely handmade in London and time consuming to build.
