Yahoo and Microsoft signs 10 year search deal

In an effort to compete with the undisputed search king Google, Microsoft and Yahoo finally solidifies their 10 year search deal. And there’s a good reason for it. As per a Net Applications report, Google actually accounted for a massive 85% of all the searches performed on the internet. On a comparative scale Yahoo and Microsoft account for less than 10% when combined. That’s not just bad, its pathetic!
Windows Mobile 6.5 will be launched in October

For those hardcore Microsoft fans, Windows Mobile will have a new release scheduled in October. The upcoming version is 6.5 and has been promised to make life simpler. Microsoft claims, “On 6 Oct, you’ll see new Windows phones designed for a variety of tastes, needs and price points – with or without keyboards, with or without touch screens, as well as your choice of GPS, accelerometer and high resolution camera.”
