You are presently looking at the interior of the Circus.  The restaurant is in Covent Garden, London which portrays itself vibrantly with a decor that includes glass roof, mirrored balls, faceted reception desk [that form images as if in a kaleidoscope] and flamingo shaped table legs. There’s also “a bar that plays with the illusion of staircases”. The interesting part is the dining table with ends in the form of stairs. There’s again a reason for such a composition.

Located in the main dining room, the special stair-end table is called the ’stage table’ since it acts both as a platform to dine, as well as a stage for artists to perform. Don’t be surprised because it is Circus where you can enjoy food and even witness a number of thrilling performances. The interiors are by noted British designer Tom Dixon.

After a lot of confusion, whether Google China will stay back in the country…it finally seems, it won’t. Google Inc. may be pulling out its operations from China sometime around April 10, as reported by China Business News. In fact the company may be officially declaring its exit as early as March 22. Google requested the Chinese government to allow all search results to show up on the company’s Chinese search edition, which was obviously declined by the government, hence all the trouble.

Now whether this move escalates to a U.S.-China trade war (albeit in a small scale) is a very far fetched thought. Probably nothing will happen, probably it will be business as usual, but then again, probably it will not. At least for Google, the company is offering the employees at Google China to join its U.S. headquarters or move to its Asia-Pacific operations, which seems to be a pretty good deal!

If you were betting on Windows Mobile 7 but the idea of not having “copy-paste” broke your faith, then here’s some good news. As per someone “close to the den” the plan was always to include the feature, but the company had to eliminate that from the initial launch, to fulfill the 2010 launch target. As per a trusted source, Microsoft does plan to put this feature, which will eventually come as an ‘update’.

Obviously this statement directly contradicts Microsoft’s original claim that users do not realy need the copy-paste feature. Most visitors at the MIX10 event found the removal of the feature surprising, especially considering that all prior editions of the mobile OS had this feature. Of course the possibility of this ‘update’ is not official, so there is no guarantee. Then again, it is a simple feature and getting it back as an update is not that impossible. What do you say?

Google seems to be spreading its presence every day. Now the search giant is all set for stepping into consumer electronics. Called the Google TV, the platform will be powered by Intel’s Atom processor and would be running Android. The hardware will be actually manufactured by Sony. This new platform will consist of a new generation of set-top boxes and televisions.

As per Google, the web-based content in existing set-top boxes is limited. Google wants this new platform to be much more “open”. You will enjoy the same level of user interaction with the TV as you would today from an Android based cell phone. These three companies are now rumored to be even teaming up with Logitech, who is supposed to provide the peripheral devices like remote control, speakers, wireless keyboard etc. But everything seems to be ‘hush-hush’, “Spokesmen for Google, Intel and Logitech declined to comment. A Sony spokesman said he was not familiar with the project. ”
