The Lego Apple Store by Igorlando on Flickr caught us by surprise and definitely swept us off our feet with its incredible resemblance. Igorlando who has both built and photographed the creation states, “I photographed and built this so that it looks like you could walk right up to it on the street.” Who would say otherwise?
Until now Apple Stores used Windows CE based handheld computers for checkouts. Looks like things are gonna change soon. Why? Because customers complained quite often. Apple Insider explains, “Customers have also complained about Apple’s check-out method, saying that it’s confusing to make a purchase without a conspicuous, well-identified POS counter or waiting line.” Apple Stores will now feature a new payment system that uses iPod Touch as the primary hardware running an application called EasyPay Touch.
