Terrafugia Transition, finally a ‘flying car’ that receives the FAA approval, yours for $194k

The Terrafugia Transition will soon go into full scale production if you wondering whether this is just a concept. It recently got the approval from Federal Aviation Administration of U.S. Department of Transportation.”The two-seater vehicle uses its front-wheel drive on roads at ordinary highway speeds. But once it arrives at an adequate take off spot, it can extend its wings, take off and glide through the sky at 115 mph.”

Toyota reveals plans for plug-in Prius concept

Prius has long been one of the best rated hybrid vehicle. Toyota did make it a big success. Now its time to make it better. The Japanese giant will be introducing a plug-in hybrid concept of Prius sometime next week at the Frankfurt Motor show. The vehicle will be powered by lithium batteries! How cool it that? “The PHEV Prius will have lithium-ion batteries (finally!) and an electric range of 20 km (12.4 miles), with a top speed in electric mode of 100 kph (62 mph).

BMW S.X. Concept car with its stealth looks

BMW is always the ultimate driving machine. When it comes to design, BMW is hard to dethrone. Fans worldwide occasionally come up with various designs to make the car design look even better. Checkout such a design of a BMW coupe by designer Iulian Bumbu, a graduate of the Transportation Design Course at the Scuola Politecnica di Design (SPD) in Milan, Italy. This S.X. concept is a close mix “between a Fisker and a 6 Series“.
