Search giant Google recently updated their Gmail app for the iOS platform. There have been speculations for an iPad Mini for a long time, almost too long to not to be true. The device is expected to be fairly smaller than the standard iPad and feature the same Lightning connector as the new iPhone 5. Rumors indicate that Apple will announce the iPad Mini on October 17.
The Chinese website BoloPad claims to have a couple of “spy” photos of the rumored iPad Mini. They seem to be certain this is the real deal. Measured at 7.85 inches, it seem to also feature Apple’s latest connector technology, a.k.a. Lightning.
