What you see above are the world’s smallest wireless chargers, straight from the Korean giant, LG Electronics. Called the WCP-300, the charger can juice up Qi-compatible devices, e.g. Nexus 4 and Optimus G Pro. Priced at $60 (approx.), the chargers will be rolled out slowly across the globe.
South Korean giant LG recently revealed that the company sold over 10 million Optimus L-series smartphones world-wide. Certainly a proud moment for the company, since very few other companies like (next-door neighbor) Samsung, and Apple are the only ones who achieved this recently.
It all started with the iPad. And now, everyone is coming up with a new tablet, and LG is no exception. However, do not underestimate the LG G-Slate. The device will come with a powerful 1GHz Tegra 2 dual-core processor, Android Honeycomb and a stunning 8.9-inch 3D display. Not only that, the G-Slate will also have the capability to output 1080p HD and 3D content to external displays.
The bezel in a HDTV is a distraction. However big the TV is, if the bezel is thick, it just takes the beauty away. However, the 47-inch 47WV30 from LG is an exception. The LED has a super-narrow bezel with a 6.9 mm seam size and features a massive brightness at 4000 lux, which is great for outdoor viewing. The 47WV30 was on display at the Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2011.
LG Electronics revealed its plans to bring in the world’s largest LED-backlit 3D LCD HDTV to the CES 2011 next week. The LZ9700 with its massively large 72-inch will support both 2D as well as 3D content. It will also feature TruMotion 400Hz to deliver a super-fast processing rate and smooth 3D images.
The Korean consumer electronics giant, LG Electronics, recently unveiled the world’s largest ultra-HD 3D display. At a massive 84-inches (diagonally), the panel is by far the largest you would see. The resolution measures at a massive 3,840 x 2160 pixels. The device will be show-cased at the upcoming Society for Information Display (SID) 2010 to be held in Seattle, Washington from May 25 till May 27.
