Those who are looking for a new e-book reader may be interested. Barnes and Noble has started shipping its new Nook Color ahead of time. The company is shipping the device starting today, to customers who already pre-ordered it.
What you see above is the new Nook, a full-color eBook reader and a 7-inch Android tablet from Barnes & Nobles. It has everything an eBook reader needs to have, as well as all the capabilities a full service tablet should pack in.
The earth’s biggest online bookstore Amazon.com, finally reaches a milestone. The e-Commerce leader recently revealed that it sold more Kindle books than hardcover books, consistently for the last three months. When compared, for every 143 Kindle books it sold just 100 hardcover books. As of now the company has around 630,000 Kindle books, an amount that is negligible when compared to the millions of hard cover books it has available.
