LED lightbulb from Panasonic can glow for 19 years

Yes, you read the heading right. And yes, the new EverLEDs from Panasonic will glow uptil 19 years considering you use it around five and half hours a day. That’s 40 times longer than any incandescent bulb. The best part…these bulbs actually consume only one-eighth the power of regular incandescents. Available in Japan around October 21.

Although this gadget doesn’t look feminine like the HP’s array of laptops but undoubtedly it will be appreciated by any woman and would love to have one on their desk. The device that looks pretty similar to an over-sized webcam is actually the Panasonic’s Nano Care that helps in keeping the surrounding air moist to avoid skin getting dry and rough.

Panasonic to release the world’s most advanced plasma HDTV

If you think that plasma screens are dead, think again. When the whole world is planing for the full-switch from plasma to LCD, Panasonic is scheduled to release the TC-P54Z1, currently reputed as the world’s most advanced plasma HDTV (by far!). It has a 1080P resolution, supports wireless HDMI, internet connectivity, 24Hz cinematic playback and is just 1-inch thick or thin (whichever way you want to see it!).

3D Blu-Ray at your home by 2010

Panasonic, the world’s one of the most respected brands for digital technology is now all set to take Blu-Ray to a whole new level. Currently, they have submitted their proposal for 3D Blu-Ray technology to the Blu-ray Disc Association (BDA). The request for proposal is basically for a standard to store 3D left/right-eye, two-channel Full HD imagery.
