Researcher from Japan makes edible meat from human waste
Japanese scientist Mitsuyuki Ikeda from Okayama Laboratory has implemented a method of conversion of human feces into steaks that is fit for consumption. It all started with the Tokyo Sewage requiring solutions from him, to handle/ reuse the excess quantity of sewage mud. Finding high protein content in the waste matter due to the presence of bacteria, his approach was to recycle the sewage mud into edible meat.
